120 DAY GUARANTEE

During the 120 day period following the receipt of the goods you have ordered, you may return items to us if you are not satisfied. We will only refund the cost of the goods. A refund will only be given provided the goods returned are unused and in an undamaged merchantable condition.This is the responsibility of the customer. No refund will be given on free promotional items. Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible but please allow up to 14 days for a refund.

NO PRICE REVIEWS

Once you have placed an order you will not be subject to any price reviews that take place at Sanctum Health. The prices on the website ordering page is the price you pay to Sanctum Health. VAT where appropriate is included in the prices shown or quoted.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to Taxes and Import Duties imposed by national governments. Please note we no longer ship to the EU. These taxes are not included in the online price, and may need to be paid by the customer, to the appropriate customs service in the country in question, prior to the products being released by the customs/postal service.
