How to take Pure Col
Take 3 capsules with water on an empty stomach just before going to sleep, because it is in the first 45 - 90 minutes of sleep that our body goes into repair and rebuild mode. If you like to read or watch TV at bedtime, keep Pure-Col and a glass of water by your bed and take it when you are ready to sleep. No food or drink should be consumed one hour before sleep, however if a large meal has been eaten this time may need to be increased to three hours to ensure an empty stomach.
If you take medication at bedtime we suggest you take it 30-45 minutes before you go to bed, which allows it to be absorbed prior to taking Pure-Col.
Drink 6 - 8 glasses of water daily (at least 1 litre).
It is recommended you take an initial course of 3-6 months to experience optimum benefits. Please note that while some people notice significant improvements in just a few weeks, others may need several months.
As collagen has a cumulative effect it is recommended to continue taking Pure-Col to maintain and further enhance its benefits.
Is there anybody who should not take Pure-Col?
It is a safe natural product very similar to human collagen, however it is not recommended for children under 12 years, pregnant or lactating women.
